email address or phone number used for your RouteFloww account.

What will be deleted
- your RouteFloww account and authentication profile;
- saved routes, stops, addresses, notes, and route history associated with the account;
- other personal data associated with the account, unless retention is legally required.
What may be retained
Limited information may be retained when necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, financial recordkeeping, or legal compliance. Any retained information will be limited to the required purpose and retention period.
Processing time
We aim to verify and complete valid deletion requests within 30 days, subject to applicable law. We may contact you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
