1. Information we collect

Account information

When you create or use an account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, authentication identifiers, and account preferences.

Route, stop, and delivery information

We collect information you provide to create and manage routes, including start and end locations, stop addresses, route names, notes, package counts, stop types, arrival times, route status, delivery status, and other route-related details.

Location information

With your permission, RouteFloww may access precise or approximate device location to show your position, plan routes, calculate distance and estimated arrival times, and provide navigation-related features. Location access is controlled through your device settings.

Camera and microphone information

When you choose to use the camera address scanner or voice address search, RouteFloww may process camera images, recognized text, voice input, or speech-to-text results to identify an address. These features are activated only when you choose to use them. This information is not used for advertising.

Device, usage, and diagnostic information

We may collect app version, device type, operating system, language, network information, interaction data, crash logs, error reports, and similar technical information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve RouteFloww.

Subscription and purchase information

If you purchase a subscription through Google Play, we may receive information such as the purchased product, subscription status, purchase token, transaction status, and renewal or expiry information. Payment-card details are processed by Google Play and are not provided to RouteFloww.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• create, optimize, save, and manage routes and stops;
• provide mapping, address search, estimated arrival time, and navigation features;
• operate camera scanning and voice address search when requested;
• authenticate users and maintain accounts;
• manage subscriptions and paid features;
• provide support and respond to requests;
• detect errors, prevent misuse, protect security, and improve performance;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Legal bases for processing

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide the service you request, based on your consent for permission-based features, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and to comply with law. You may withdraw permission-based consent through your device settings, although some features may stop working.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as necessary with:

• mapping, geocoding, routing, and navigation service providers;
• cloud hosting, database, storage, and security providers;
• speech-recognition or image-processing providers used by optional scanner features;
• analytics, logging, and crash-reporting providers;
• Google Play for subscription and purchase processing;
• professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when required by law or to protect rights and safety;
• a successor organisation in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Service providers are permitted to process information only for the services they provide to us and subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

5. Data retention

We retain account and route information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide RouteFloww. We may retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or financial recordkeeping. When information is no longer required, we delete it or anonymise it.

6. Account and data deletion

You may request deletion of your RouteFloww account and associated data from the account settings inside the app or through our account deletion page. Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your account.

When an account deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymise associated personal data unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or another legitimate reason disclosed to you.

7. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, secure transmission where appropriate, and restricted access to production systems. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below.

9. International data transfers

RouteFloww and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10. Children’s privacy

RouteFloww is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, features, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
